Standard rates are what Mimo is worth against the hours it replaces. The first 25 facilities don't pay them — early adopters get half off, locked for a year. Every product still starts with a free 30-day trial in a demo-data sandbox: no card, no IT project — Mimo Vitals trials start today, and waitlist members are first in line when each beta opens.
The Founding 25
Limited to the first 25 facilities across Mimo Vitals
50% off, locked 12 months
Half the standard rate, and it can't move for a year from the day you subscribe. When the cohort fills, the offer closes.
White-glove onboarding
We configure your state's workflows with you, sit with your team for the first records, and stay on call while you ramp.
A seat at the roadmap
Founding partners get a direct line to the founders — what you need next moves to the front of the build queue.
Founding rates apply to the first 25 facilities and are locked for 12 months from signup; after that you move to the then-current standard rate, with plenty of notice. Annual billing: two months free on any plan, founding rates included. Final quotes depend on volume, states, and workflows.
Priced to the work it replaces.

Pricing questions
The first 25 facilities get 50% off the standard rate, locked for 12 months from signup — $149/seat for facilities (standard $299) and $99/location for funeral homes (standard $199). Founding partners also get white-glove onboarding — we configure your state's workflows with you — and a direct line to the founders for roadmap input.
You move to the then-current standard rate, and we tell you well before it happens. There's no long-term contract — plans are monthly, and you can switch between per-seat, per-record, and facility licensing as your volume changes.
One named person who uses Mimo to draft records — a birth clerk, certifier, or decedent affairs staffer. Most birth registration offices run one to three seats. If more people share the work, the facility license (unlimited seats at one location) is usually the better buy.
A rough guide: low or seasonal volume favors per-record ($4–8 per completed record — you pay only for finished work); a steady caseload with a small team favors seats; several users at one facility favor the flat license. We'll do the math with you on a call — sometimes the honest answer is per-record.
Yes. Every product starts with a free 30-day trial in a demo-data sandbox — no card, no IT project. Your founding rate and its 12-month lock start when you subscribe, not when the trial starts.
Yes. Mimo Trials waitlist members lock the $199/seat founding rate (standard $399) for their first year when it ships — joining costs nothing. Registries and Agency run founding pilots with pilot fees credited toward the first-year contract. Waitlist members are also first in line for each product's free 30-day beta trial when it opens.
